De Soin Medical is looking for an experienced **Sales & Marketing Manager** to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing strategies, driving sales growth, managing the marketing team, and ensuring strong brand presence across platforms.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Promote company’s products/services and develop new market opportunities.
- Manage advertising, social media, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
- Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team.
- Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, social media, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure, proactive, and result-oriented.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
