**Position Summary**:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing support for financial planning and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle invoices, billing, and collection of payments from customers.
- Process staff claims, payroll data, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant authorities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Support management with financial analysis and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (SQL, Autocount, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation in Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
