Job Description:

- Seek and gather required information from various sources as part of the Malaysia/Singapore declaration process.
- Prepare and submit data/documents required for import/export for Malaysia/Singapore customs declaration.
- Check declaration status and follow up with shippers and customs system for any issues.
- Ensure declaration has been addressed accordingly based on the cases.
- Prepare the required report as assigned by Team Lead

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum SPM or any other related certificates in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in declaration and clearance of air/ sea freight cargo.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
- Have basic knowledge in Microsoft office
- A fast learner with good initiative and work attitude
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and able to work in fast-paced environment
- 12-month contract, renewable

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
