**Job Summary**

An EHS officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs within a company, ensuring compliance with regulations by conducting inspections, training employees on safety procedures, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety to prevent workplace injuries and environmental damage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Investigating workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Liaise with relevant parties such as DOE, DOSH, BOMBA.
- To investigate any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational diseases that happened at the place of work.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within our operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Certification**: Registered Safety Officer (Green Book) certification from DOSH is MUST.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong familiarity with Malaysian OSH regulations, standards, and codes of practice is essential for success in this role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellence in communication, training, and interpersonal skills is crucial for effective collaboration with all levels of staff.
- **Analytical Mindset**: A detail-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills are key attributes for this position.
- **Mandarin speaking**:able to read & write in Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
