EZHR Malaysia Consulting is a expaning its HR outsourcing and consulting company based in Malaysia. We help businesses elevate their workforce efficiency through professional HR solutions. As part of our expansion, we're looking for a creative and experienced Social media and content Specialist to manage our digital presence, including Facebook and Xiaohongshu (小红书) advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising on Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS/小红书) to drive brand awareness, boost visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Design and create attractive visuals and promotional content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for ads and social media.
- Develop creative and persuasive copywriting for ad campaigns, social media posts, and digital content.
- Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms: Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
- Schedule and publish regular content (posts, stories, reels) with consistent brand messaging, 1-2 times per week.
- Write clear, engaging captions in both English and Mandarin for Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
- Monitor ad performance and analyze results (leads or conversions); recommend optimization strategies.
- Prepare and explain a weekly performance with insights and suggestions to the Director.
- Track and analyze ad and content performance, prepare monthly reports, and continuously optimize based on results.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
- Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and feedback within 2 working days to maintain a positive brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
- Experience in XHS/Xiaohongshu advertising or content marketing (mandatory or strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of social media strategies, targeting, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Experience in employer branding or HR industry content is a plus advantages.
- Able to manage content calendars and marketing workflows independently.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working from home without supervision.
