Greet patients when they arrive at the clinic and help them with registration.
- Assist with patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and appointment details.
- Help patients fill out forms and gather their medical history.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Help with rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed.
- Answer phone calls, handle patient inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
- Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for use.
- Prepare exam rooms for doctors and patients.
- Help manage billing inquiries, insurance forms, and patient payments.
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is delivered effectively.
- Fluent speaking in Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
