Account Clerk

Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain daily accounting entries (receipts, payments).
- Handle invoicing for maintenance fees, utilities, and other charges.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Issue monthly billing statements for residents or tenants.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders.
- Maintain records of collections and overdue accounts.
- Liaise with residents on payment-related queries or disputes.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management.
- Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and stored.
- Maintain up-to-date records for audit and compliance purposes.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with computer system
- At least 1 year related working experience
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
