Resort Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Resort Manager** to join our island resort team. You will oversee the resort’s daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments, delivering excellent guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring efficient coordination across all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.).
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Lead and motivate staff to foster a positive, productive, and cohesive work environment.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring effective cost control and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and safety standards.
- Address guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner to uphold the resort’s reputation.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in resort or hotel management.
- Ability to work in a flexible hours environment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Highly responsible, self-driven, and hands-on approach to management.
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems and hospitality software is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
