**RETAIL EXECUTIVE**

**Job Summary**:
Assist the Branch Manager with the daily store operations which include sales goals, inventory, staff scheduling and customer service.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Pharmacist in dispensing of medicines accurately, filling of prescriptions in pharmaceutical care to all customers and outlet management duties including key handling.
- Prepare duty roasters and monitor staff daily time attendance.
- Provide guidance, training and coaching to all floor staff, and supervisors on general products knowledge and duties.
- Managing inventory and promoting products.
- Conduct retail audits according to the schedule to raise and maintain the operating delivery.
- Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations of the store whenever needs arise.
- Support the training buddy system through coaching and guiding the new supervisor from other outlets within the same district and new/refit outlets opening.
- Relief other outlets pharmacists as and when needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of working experience in retail pharmacy or related industry.
- Sales-driven with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
