Job Title: Social Media cum Content Creator

Overseeing Areas:
The Social Media and Content Creator will report to the Director/Operation Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and cat cafe teams. This role involves overseeing the company's social media presence and contributing to the overall marketing and branding efforts.

**Job Descriptions**:
Content Creation:

- Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Generate visually appealing and informative posts related to cat sales, grooming services, boarding, cat cafe events, and products.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.

Brand Representation:

- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all social media channels.
- Create content that aligns with the company's values and resonates with the target audience.

Content Calendar Management:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a regular and strategic posting schedule.
- Coordinate with other departments to align content creation with marketing campaigns and promotions.

Photography and Videography:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing various aspects of the company's services and products.
- Edit and enhance visuals to maintain a cohesive and professional aesthetic.

Engagement Strategies:

- Implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including contests, giveaways, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Stay informed about social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into content creation.

Collaborations and Partnerships:

- Identify and initiate collaborations with influencers, pet bloggers, and other relevant partners to expand the company's social media reach.
- Coordinate content creation for joint promotions and campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies and recommend improvements.

Adaptability:

- Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by other department heads.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficient in photography, videography, and graphic design tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with the pet industry and a passion for cats.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Mandarin or others, is considered advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

- Enthusiasm for creating engaging and pet-centric content.
- Willingness to stay updated on social media trends and industry developments.
- Flexibility to adapt content strategies based on audience feedback and analytics.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
