IT Technical

Provide timely technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving any system or software related issues.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using company guidelines to ensure issues are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist by following the appropriate steps and procedures in compliance with company policies and end-user regulations.
- Educate and guide users on basic technical procedures and best practices to minimize recurring issues and improve productivity.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or specialists while maintaining clear communication with the end-user throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (IT), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), or equivalent field.
- Skilled in clear and effective two-way communication, which is essential for assisting with technical issues.
- Possess strong knowledge and skills in design, utilizing tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Canva, or InDesign.
- Proficiency in certain programming languages and frameworks is an advantage:

- Basic Web Technologies & Programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Laravel, Angular,.NET, ASP
- General knowledge of databases; SQL, MySQL, Postgres

work location : putrajaya

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
