Warranty Processor

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Warranty Processor** to manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all warranty claims with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers. This role ensures that claims are processed **accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines**, supporting the company’s service operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warranty Claim Management**:
Prepare, check, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers/suppliers according to brand policies and guidelines.
- **Documentation & Verification**:
Ensure all repair orders, job sheets, parts usage, and technician notes are complete and accurate before claim submission.
- **Monitoring & Follow-Up**:
Track claim status, follow up with manufacturers, and resolve rejected or pending claims.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure all warranty jobs are processed according to the manufacturer’s SOP and warranty procedures.
- **Reporting**:
Generate weekly and monthly reports on claim approvals, rejections, and outstanding cases for management review.
- **Coordination**:
Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts controllers to ensure accurate warranty documentation.
- **Cost Control**:
Monitor warranty expenses and ensure claims are maximized to reduce company cost exposure.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated with manufacturer warranty bulletins, policies, and system updates.

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in warranty processing or aftersales administration (automotive industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and warranty claim portals).
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and manufacturers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
