Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.
- Monitor business performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making for long-term organizational success.

Additional Duties
- Oversee and manage the strategic planning process, including setting priorities and allocating resources.
- Support risk management by identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
- Lead or participate in new business initiatives, market expansions, and pilot programs.
- Prepare and present reports, financial models, and strategic documents to senior management or investors.
- Coach and guide department leaders to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.

Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects.
- Interest or experience in market research, business analysis, and performance management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
