**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Transportation Duties**:

- Safely operate company lorries to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of the lorry to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Keep the lorry clean and report any mechanical issues promptly.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
- Secure goods properly during transport to prevent damage or accidents.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and fuel usage reports.
- Ensure all delivery and transport-related documents are completed and submitted correctly.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers professionally and courteously during deliveries.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues promptly in coordination with the operations team.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:

- Perform additional tasks related to transportation or warehouse operations as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
**Personal Traits**:

- Reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with routes and locations within Malaysia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or overnight trips if needed.
