**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer Cum Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing engaging marketing and communications materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and enhancing video content to captivate our audience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate on Creative Development**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing and communication materials for print and digital channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Conceptualize Brand-Aligned Designs**: Conceptualize and execute compelling designs that align seamlessly with the brand's identity and messaging, enhancing brand recognition and customer engagement.
- **Present and Refine Design Solutions**: Present design concepts, ideas, and solutions to the team, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs that meet project goals and brand standards.
- **Ensure Consistent Quality and Timeliness**: Deliver high-quality design and video content that adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines, maintaining consistency and excellence in all deliverables.
- **Create Engaging Visual Content**: Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity and enhance brand perception.
- **Enhance Video Content**: Edit and enhance videos to improve quality and engagement, adding graphics, effects, and optimizing content for various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- **Integrate Multimedia Skills**: Combine graphic design and video editing skills to create multimedia content, including interactive presentations and educational materials, to support diverse marketing and communication initiatives.
- **Maintain Software and Equipment**: Maintain design and video software and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and staying updated with the latest industry tools and technologies.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for various marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, presentations, and print collateral.
- Edit video content to create engaging and informative stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet brand standards and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our visual content remains fresh and innovative.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 2-3 years** of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Designer-Editor, preferably within the creative industry.
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, AI technology, Animation and other relevant design and video editing software.**:

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web design principles and social media platforms is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and awareness of current design trends on social media.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
