We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Administrator** to join our team in **Taman Malim Jaya**. This role involves managing administrative tasks, preparing presentation slides, and translating documents into Mandarin.
**This is a non-sales role.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General office administration and paperwork handling
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation slides
- Translating documents/slides into Mandarin
- Assisting with internal coordination and documentation
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in **Mandarin (spoken & written)**:
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to work **5.5 days per week**:
- Preferably with some admin experience (fresh grads with relevant skills are welcome to apply)
