JR32844 Assembly & Test Quality Assurance

**Job description**

As a Global Quality Assembly and Test Automotive Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the automotive quality engineering aspects of programs for Micron internal and external manufacturing sites

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and participate in Micron Internal and External Automotive Sites Manufacturing Audits
- Drive the Micron Internal and External Manufacturing sites to align to Micron Automotive Quality requirements
- Deployment of Automotive Quality Systems, Programs, Initiative and projects
- Drive problem resolution, identify root cause, containment, corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate the responses for Automotive Customer Request
- Reporting of Weekly / Monthly Automotive Quality Metrics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Statistics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, related field of study
- 8~10 years’ working experience in semiconductor assembly & test, memory module and SSD manufacturing, preferably having Product Engineering or Process Integration experience
- 3~5 years’ experience with Automotive Quality Requirements and Standards (AEC) and IATF16949 certifications
- Strong in audits, data analysis and project management
- Proficient in SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology
