- Six days per week availability
- Have at least one year of retail experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales goals, increasing sales, and providing excellent customer service.
- Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors.
- Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Maintain a fully stocked store that is sufficient for daily sales and ensure stock quantity tallies with inventory system.
- Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
- To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy and responsibility.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the process complies with the company SOPs.
- To support the store manager in promptly collecting data for sales, customer service, accounts, and logistics.
- Help Sonno maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to try our products.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Record and relay frequent customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech,
