**RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date

b) Generate the various document control reports as required and maintain the files and document under safe

c) Responsible to generate, maintain and compile master documents, report and other significant records

d) Maintain and filing and controlled revision history for both hard copy and electronic filling on ad-hoc or regular basis

e) Coordinate and transfer of documentation between departments

f) Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving

g) Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution

h) Ensuring ISO processes are followed and all documentation is up to date

i) Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the process owner for solutions

j) Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Ensure the data trace capability and always retrievable.

k) Secures information by completing data base backups

l) To prepare, ensure all the ISO Quality Management System (QMS), Safety SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), WI (Work Instruction), internal & external document is up-to date.

m) To document all the DOSH & ISO audit, inspection specification, forms and records.

n) To control and maintain the latest approved documents for distribution.

o) To carry our weekly routine safety inspection in workshop.

p) Shall ensure that the HSE Management System achieves its intended outcomes

q) Reports to person in charge and advice the person in charge on the practical implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at workplace especially on legal and other Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

r) To advise and ensure the implementation of safe work system.

s) Submit monthly report to person in charge on occupational health and safety at workplace.

t) To assist person in charge in carrying out investigation on accident, incident and near miss and submit report to person-in-charge.

u) As a secretary of Health, Safety and Environment Committee at workplace.

v) Complement day-to-day work on safety and health matters.

w) Shall ensure that the HSE Management System achieves its intended outcomes

x) Promote improvement and support the relevant management roles

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- SPM Level/ Diploma Level
- At least 2 or more years in lab test similar experience preferred
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Good problem solver and testing skills.
- Capability to work independently and highly committed
- Self-motivated and have strong sense of organization and planning
- Have knowledge in ISO standards pertaining to document management, organization and retention

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
