Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily QC on-site inspections and checks on CCP & OPRP as per the established frequency.
2. Perform thorough inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
3. Conduct sensory evaluations for every batch of mixed products to ensure compliance with internal specifications.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to product quality and safety.
5. Report non-conformities, product defects, and deviations from specifications promptly to superiors, if any.
6. Properly record and file all QC-related documents.
7. Assist the QA/QC team in the implementation of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
8. Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of GMP, HACCP, prerequisite programs, and quality systems.
9. Maintain good hygiene and practices in the laboratory.
10. Perform any additional job assigned by superiors or management as necessary.

Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements:
2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
3. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
4. Analytical, well organized, able to work with minimum supervising and well equipment with multi-tasking ability
