As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:

- Providing legal support to business regarding contract negotiation, interpretation and guidance, including disputes that develop during contract execution in SEA.
- Advising functional managers regarding processes and procedures in the own field;
- Developing, improving and maintaining commercial forms, general terms & conditions and contract templates;
- Looking for opportunities to streamline the contract review.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degreee in Law from an accredited university or college.
- Have been admitted to the Local Bar is preferable but not compulory.
- Have at least 3 to 5 years in-house legal experience.
