**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Supervisor in daily task and upkeep of the store.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Guide team in demonstrating sound knowledge of store products and services to customer to achieve sales target
- Assist Supervisor in managing and completing daily store operation tasks.
- Assist in stock inventory and management.
- Perform stock take activity for store and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.
- Ensures outlet cleanliness and all displays follow Visual Merchandising guidelines,
- Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and banked in accordingly.
- Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience.
- Required Skill(s): Supervising Skill, Team Management, Strong Personal Sales
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Able to work in Queensbay Mall, Penang.
- Possess responsible and pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and hardworking.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Able to work on shift as per retail shop working hours (rotational shifts) and weekend/ public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
