Sales Driver

Sales personnel, or sales representatives, sell products or services to customers. Poses GDL drivers license. They work to help businesses meet their sales goals. Responsibilities
- **Identify customer needs**: Understand what the customer is looking for and how the product or service can help
- **Promote products**: Explain the benefits of the product or service and how it can help the customer
- **Close sales**: Process sales transactions, handle payments, and prepare contracts
- **Build relationships**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- **Resolve issues**: Address customer complaints and concerns, and handle returns, price changes, and discounts
- **Set goals**: Work toward sales goals, which may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual
- **Analyze markets**: Research target markets and develop sales leads and materials
- **Plan sales**: Create sales strategies and plans, and attend conferences to learn about industry trends
