**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, create and execute VM guideline to enhance multiple sport brands in line with UK direction.
2. To work closely with retail in guideline execution for products merchandising, window display,
brands shop-in-shop merchandising and promotion events.
3. To ensure stores maximize turnover, profit and sell through by using retail space commercially
through VM and space management.
4. Work with buying department to develop packaging that reflects key objectives clarity to
customer whilst maximizing product density per space.
5. Work with project department to develop timely guidelines for refit and new stores on layout/
elevation, zoning and min max capacity.
6. Maintain and coaching retail staff on VM execution.
7. Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

**Requirements**:
1. A Degree in or equivalent
2. Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandising personnel
3. Good oral and written communication skills (both English & Malay)
4. Teamwork oriented person, good problem solving and listening skills
5. Analytical, meticulous and tactful
6. Must have good knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Adobe Illustrator
7. Attention to details, proactive and be able to work in a fast pace environment
8. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and within tight datelines

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
