JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Ensuring contractor performance aligns with architectural drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards
- Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve architectural issues and facilitate smooth project execution
- Verifying that construction is carried out according to approved architectural and engineering drawings
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors across all disciplines: Architectural, Structural, M&E, and ID
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, assess workmanship, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify and resolve on-site engineering issues promptly to avoid disruptions to the construction program
- Prepare and submit regular progress and technical reports to the owner and project management team.
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure all inspections and submissions are managed effectively.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning processes, including final handover and defect rectification stages
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with some roles requiring LAM (Part 2) or PAM accreditation
- Registered with LAM (for Part II) and minimum 5 years of relevant site experience, particularly in architectural works
- Proven experience in supervising works involving Architectural, Structural, M&E, and Interior Design components
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software, knowledge of construction methods, and familiarity with project management principles
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes
- Ability to resolve site issues effectively and independently
- Proficient in project reporting, technical documentation, and construction scheduling tools
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
