Job Scope:
1. Shiff 12 Hours working perday, four workking and two day off for change shiff
Responsibilities /Accountabilities
- _Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation and ensure all are in good and proper working order based on maintenance plan_-_Service and perform PM( Preventive Maintenance) for air-conditioning system open space and containment air-conditioning ( Emerson)_-_Perform genset offload test for 1000kva,500kva and 500kva on weekly basis_-_Daily voltage and ampere checking from incoming power ,visual inspection from MSB ,rectifier and ups to ensure working in good condition_-_Daily checking and monitoring for plumbing ,water supply tank ,room temperature and all data center area_-_Do troubleshoot any faulty element we responsibility and find any faulty to do repair in house. Perform CM report for any minor and major defunct equipment /element _-_Dealing with vendor for inspection, quality control/assurance, quotation and purchase order. Prepare SOR ,BOQ, EW etc_-_Manage and monitor any project upgrading for data center (cabling work, new power room, new equipment room, new installation air-conditioning _-_Permit to work (PTW) controlling and checking for contractors to perform on site_-_Readily to work in shifts and Standby after working hours if have power failure, temperature fail and any docket from NOC. Attend immediately at site as and when required_-_Assisting HQ any supporting document and audit ( audit ISO, audit PACO, SIRIM, Safety and any audit)_-_Other relevant general building inspection / maintenance on civil, architectural, structural, security fixtures, fittings and apparatus_-_Ensure proper record keeping and authorization of preventive and corrective works by in-house tech team and external vendors for audit purpose_-_Ready to deploy for any additional Facilities Task / Location as and when required by management_

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
