To ensure compliance with established departmental / unit policies and procedures, Quality Improvement program, environmental safety and infection control standards in line with Organisation’s Vision and Mission. -To work in assigned ward / unit according to planned roster prepared by immediate supervisor. - Assist nursing staff in transferring patient from trolley to bed and vice-versa. - Undertake the errands for the department / unit - To assist in transporting patients to other department if required - To ensure patient’s safety while transporting patient to designated destination and handled them with care. - To assist in sending or fetching documents to the respective destination and ensure confidentiality of patient’s records and handle it with care. - To assist in collecting food tray as required. - Refill hot / cold water for patients in the ward. - Ensure the furniture in the waiting areas are tidy and well-arranged.
