**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition.
- Ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly.
- Able to assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers, locksmith, pest control service etc. depending on needs and occasions.
- Initiate a thorough monthly office check and list out details of broken or dysfunctioning assets and property.
- Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and yearly services are maintained and meet the deadline.
- Maintaining our database on Google sheet or platforms such as maintenance tracker, gym card tracker, office keys tracker etc.
- Maintaining the company’s licensing agreements with the licensee.
- Assist with ordering courier services when needed.
- Able to differentiate different purposes for multiple courier services.
- Assist with monitoring the office janitors and making sure the office is in a mint condition.
- Assist with raising purchase orders to finance whenever needed.
- Assist with flights and accommodations booking for the management and authorized employees.
- Keep a tracking of the data and ensure that all bookings are tally with the company’s budget.
- Ordering name card for ZUS Coffee’s employees.
- Ensuring that the job title and position requested is tally with the offer letter.
- Usher guests at the office to the waiting area, and liaise with the internal staff whenever necessary.

**Job Requirements**
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in any related field such as Business Administration, Office Management, Communications etc
- 1 - 2 years of experience in related fields
- Have a great attention to details and stay aware of the office surroundings at all times. Must be quick to react if met with mishap.
- Can effortlessly and independently adopt the fast-paced mindset.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently without constant monitoring and mínimal supervision.
- Have a positive go-getter attitude.
- Can work well in a team. Able to form a dynamic with the team and encourage the team members to be more energetic.
- Able to think fast and act promptly when faced with issues no matter how minor or major.
- Can come up with brilliant ideas and solutions on how to overcome complications.
- Can communicate effectively with the team members, superiors, the management and the organization.
- Capable of staying neutral and professional when faced with difficulties.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
