Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.
- Responsible to provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
- Responsible on technical proposals only including RFP/RFQ/Tender
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Identifying solutions required and work closely with Project Team to complete item #2 above when it is required. Project Team can be from Data Team/ Software Team/3rd party vendors/ mixture of teams.
- To attend meetings with business sales team when it is required and once approved by direct supervisor.
- Responsible on Technical Minutes of Meeting with internal project stakeholder by including respective department and HODs.
- Ensuring that all project stakeholders are aware on any issues that rise immediately to meet the deadline of RFP/RFQ/Tender without reminder from direct supervisor.
- Proactively identify, research and engage with 3rd party software/ hardware when it is required as per RFP/RFQ/Tender in fast and timely manner.
- Lead any tender participation and work closely with business sales team to ensure winning,
- Provide technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm with min error and supervision (5%-10%).
- Coordinate presales and end user during requirement gathering for proposal submission purpose.
- To consistently update and improve client’s industry knowledge.
- To be flexible if assigned industry change suddenly.
- Provide accurate and timely management information including - Weekly

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
