PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To set up parameter for injection moulding machine and robotic arm.
- Trouble shooting when found moulding defects, that is when rejection rate >3% during mass production.
- To record and update daily parameter into master record.
- To ensure cleanliness of injection moulding machine all the time.
- To ensure good maintenance of production tools and equipment all the time.
- To prepare and issue mould repair requisition Form to Tooling Department.
- To set up mould on machine as per schedule and plan.
- To collaborate with HOD / Key person and Engineer for mould trial and sample submission to Customer.
- To perform tasks assigned by Head of Department or superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or SPM / SKM or minimum 2 years similar working experience.
- Working experience in same field would be added advantage.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, dynamic, positive work attitude and good attendance.
