**Purpose of the Role**:

- Oversee and coordinate the technician to maintain and repair the electrical and mechanical part of the machine.
- Giving a strong technical support with 24hrs standby on call are requests for response if any production line downtime.
- Able to attend night shifts to support production activity.
- Willing to perform shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- To assist the facility team and give strong technical support if there is any facility issue.
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and self-driven.
- Good team player and ability to multitask.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out the machine preventive maintenance action and servicing work to ensure the machine running production with good condition and give technical support to the production line during any machine downtime.
- Doing proper stock control in-out record for spare part, consumer part, tools and equipment borrowing list.
- Bring the 5S standard to the maintenance section.
- Assist superior for data collecting and report preparation.

**Key Activities**:

- Machine daily checklist checking, conduct the preventive maintenance activity, troubleshoot and repair the machine during downtime, doing the improvement project assigned by the Manager.
- Stock control for inventory, and 5S keeping for machinery and workshop.

**Reporting Lines & Supervision**:
You will report directly to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager.

You will directly supervise the maintenance technician. This will involve:

- Follow up daily maintenance checklist.
- Follow up the job request task raised by another department.
- Problem troubleshooting work during machine downtime.
- Preventive maintenance and servicing work for the machine.
- Coordinate to complete the improvement project or special task.
- Doing proper stock control records for IN/OUT items.
- Keeping 5S for machinery and maintenance workshop.
- Take care of the equipment and tools inside the workshop.
- Keep updating the status to the Manager regarding site issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
