JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: '¢ Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment '¢ Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business '¢ Prepare routine reports & analyzes trends and recommend to achieve KPIs '¢ Develop enterprise-wide and sub-business unit KPI dashboards '¢ Train, and supervise business users of reports and ensure that team meets and support the business's reporting and analytical needs '¢ Financial modelling, Variance Analysis & Reporting '¢ Defining business requirements and delivering reports to stakeholders '¢ Strong communication/interpersonal skills '¢ Proven analytical background with BI tools and advanced Excel skills '¢ Work with cross-functional teams (HR, BD, FIN, Ops., L&D, TQM and vendors) REQUIREMENTS: '¢ Degree / Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in any field '¢ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills '¢ Develop and manage BI solutions, with basic database understanding '¢ Ability to collect and compile relevant data with great attention to detail '¢ Excellent ability to analyze information and strong business analysis skills '¢ Min. 2 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in a BPO or in the business management industry '¢ Good written and spoken command of English '¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must '¢ Full time, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week with a flexible schedule.
