Production Operator

**Mixing Operator**
- Mix the materials according to established formulas, procedures, and quality standards.
- Operates production equipment and production tools such as mixing tank, forklifts, CIP systems, and filters
- Monitors the status of the production processes. This may involve, but is not limited to changing filter, collecting samples for testing, monitoring temperature, pressure, pH, weights, volumes, taking measurements and recording data.
- Follows standard operating procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions to make the necessary adjustments in the production process such as adjusting control instruments, moving pallets and adding raw materials.
- Recognizes typical/incorrect conditions in the production area and contacts with the superior. Corrects conditions outside standard operating procedures and normal operational parameters, if necessary.
- Maintains accurate written records or logs of all production processes/equipment maintenance/routine cleaning especially in the wet area.
- Monitors machinery and equipment to assure it is operating properly and makes minor mechanical adjustments when necessary. Performs routine preventative maintenance. Contacts the proper authority for major adjustments or repair.
- Assembles and disassembles production equipment as required by processes.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and sterilizes all production equipment and other process areas in the plant.
- Responsible for adherence to all quality systems including, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Food Safety with an understanding of Olam’s Quality Policy and procedures.
- Compliance with all Company policies including, but not limited to: Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HACCP, and Attendance.
- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

**Packing Operator**
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; maintaining the general housekeeping of the packing area; no spillage on the floor or on the equipment.
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of packaged products meets the standards.
- Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature to achieve the quality for sealing, weight and Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Replenish packaging supplies, such as paper bag, plastic sheet and ink to ensure the packing operations running smoothly.
- Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
- Random sampling on the finished good to challenge the system especially for metal testing and weight of the product.
- Count and record finished and rejected packaged items.
- Assembles and disassembles production equipment as required by processes.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and sterilizes all production equipment and other process areas in the plant.
- Responsible for adherence to all quality systems including, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Food Safety with an understanding of Olam’s Quality Policy and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements.**

2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

3. Able to converse in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.

4. Computer knowledge/MS Office.

5. Possess team work environment attitude and able to carry out task with mínimal supervision.

6. Possess own transport. Demonstrate initiative, a strong focus on objectives and results and ability to keep up with fast-track learning tasks and programs.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
