- Mandarin speaking and writing is a must.
- Posses a high level of social intelligence in executing the given tasks.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields is an added advantage but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual, excellent command in English and Mandarin, both writing and verbal
- Punctual and responsible
- **Responsibilities**:_
- To efficiently handle request or mission
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all task distributed
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Responsible in handling general inquiries from all Customer.
- Service needs and complaints of the customers and offer the right solution with or without the help of other departments or team members.
