1. Packing and loading the vehicle, taking account of the delivery order and making sure that items are easily accessible.
2. Checking that all of the items are accounted for against delivery sheets.
3. Examining the vehicle before setting off, checking the load is safe.
4. Telephoning customers to confirm delivery times.
5. Planning routes, navigating and advising the driver about diversions.
6. Helping unload goods at the delivery point.
7. Removing packaging and placing items at the customer's request.
8. Obtaining delivery signatures from customers.
9. Processing payments and issuing receipts.
10. Parking in tight spaces.
11. Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion.
