Position: Admin/ Accounts Officer

*Working hours : Monday to Friday 5 days or Mon - Sat 5.5 days

*Salary : SGD 1700 - 2200 (Salary depends on experience)

*Work location: MRT Line - various opening for different location in Sg

*Working permit will be provided, no charges

**Job role**:

- Responsible office administrative task / basic of accounting works such as

**Job Requirements: -**
- With knowledge of Microsoft word, excel
- Have related admin / accounts clerk experience is preferable
- Handle some of the accounts - Account management
- Communication with auditors, maintenance of fixed asset registers
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable against timesheets and report
- Make payments and update the daily cash book
- Able to start with short notice (1 week to 1 month time)
- Open for Malaysian only who can speak, read & write Mandarin)
