Technician (Dyson)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Service and Repair of Dyson's products.
- To communicate with customers as part of service requirement
- Control and usage of PRONTO (ERP & CRM software) and produce timely and detailed reports.
- To perform other assigned tasks.
- To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven electrical equipment service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Ability to meet KPIs, SOPs, internal controls, etc.
- Possess good command of **English**:

- Fluency in any third language is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
