**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Mock-ups & Wireframes
- Create innovative mock-ups and wireframe concepts for CRM and website interfaces.
- Conduct competitor research to guide the design of mock-ups and ensure competitive positioning.
- Design, develop, and conceptualize comprehensive user interfaces for CRM and websites that enhance user experience.
- Illustrate user interactions, including sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and mobile responsiveness.
- Build high-quality mock-ups and prototypes that visualize and test user flows and interactive elements.
- Perform regular maintenance and audits of the website to ensure optimal functionality, visual appeal, and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in UI/UX design, with a focus on web design and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user flows, and wireframing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Multilingual capabilities (English, Chinese, Malay) are preferred to support diverse projects and teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
