**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**
- Develop and create engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite etc).
- Stay on top of trends and adapt content style to suit the brand voice and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and promotions.
- Write captions, product highlights, and marketing copy with clarity and creativity.

**Community Management / Moderation**
- Monitor comments, messages, and tags across all platforms.
- Respond to inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Moderate and manage community interactions to ensure a positive, respectful environment.
- Report and escalate inappropriate or concerning user content, messages, or behavior.
- Track and analyze audience engagement and provide insights or suggestions for improvement.

**General**
- Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
- Assist in occasional campaign planning, influencer outreach, or customer engagement strategies.
- Track performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, etc.) and help optimize for growth.

**Job Requirement**:

- Willing and able to work in Setia Alam, Selangor
- Fresh graduate/ non experienced are welcome to apply
- Experience in going live on social media platform like Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram or etc.
- Experience in video and editing using Canva, CapCut or any editing apps.
- Not camera shy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Speak fluent in Malay
- Ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience
- Creative mindset and ability to generate unique content ideas
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others

**Training provided

Niche: Fashion (Baju Kurta)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
