Lecturer - Physiotherapy

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching & Learning**
- Plan, deliver, and assess undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in physiotherapy, covering key areas such as anatomy, biomechanics, musculoskeletal care, cardiorespiratory, neurology, and clinical rehabilitation.
- Conduct practical training, simulation exercises, and supervise clinical placements.
- Guide and supervise student projects, case discussions, and clinical skill assessments.

**2. Curriculum Development**
- Support the development, review, and enhancement of the physiotherapy curriculum in line with professional standards and accreditation requirements.
- Ensure course materials reflect the latest research, clinical advancements, and trends in healthcare.

**3. Research & Scholarship**
- Participate in research activities relevant to physiotherapy and allied health fields.
- Contribute to academic publications and present research findings at conferences.
- Engage in interdisciplinary research collaborations and foster a research-driven teaching environment.
- Mentor students undertaking research and promote a culture of scholarly inquiry.

**4. Clinical Engagement**
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and hold valid professional registration.
- Coordinate with clinical partners to facilitate student placements, ensuring quality supervision and assessment.
- Demonstrate best practices in evidence-based physiotherapy.

**5. Academic Leadership & Service**
- Actively contribute to departmental committees, program evaluations, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Provide academic guidance and career advice to students.
- Participate in student recruitment, outreach programs, and community engagement efforts.
- Assist in driving continuous improvements within the department and the wider institution.
