(b) Maintain high standard of service for both internal and external guests;
(c) Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
(d) Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations;
(e) Ensure the safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards;
(f) Alcohol must not bit be consumed or present while on duty;
(g) Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times;
(h) Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times;
(i) Ensure vehicle is given regular maintenance check ie, oil check, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc;
(j) Advice representative on the vehicle maintenance checks periodically, if needed or upon request;
(k) Assist representative in the serving and maintenance of the vehicle to the authorised workshop / service centre, if needed or upon request; and

(l) Ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated, to advise representative accordingly, if insurance / road tax renewals are due;
(m) Fixed allowance provided.
