**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Answering phone call and fulfil all the requirements needed.
- Greet customers well and politely.
- Identify the patients and the payment method.
- Check the validity patient in the panel portal and the availability balance.
- Register the patients’ details accurately in the system.
- Provide the panel for to the patients.
- Provide screening form to patients for an insurance medical check-up.
- Get the doctor if the patients are waiting for their treatment.
- Key in all the patients’ details in 'daily patient visit' books.
- Monitor patients who attend according to queue number.
- Locked the consultation room after finishing up the treatment.
- Chaperone patient if needed.
- Provide treatments’ form to doctor based on requirements.
- Assists in treatment procedure when needed.
- Assists in emergency issue.
- Call an ambulance for referral cases to the hospital.
- Review the medication list before giving it to the patient.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
a) Minimum SPM.

b) Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

c) Computer skills.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
