We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Fry Master (Goreng Master)** to join our kitchen team. The Fry Master is responsible for preparing, frying, and ensuring the quality of all fried menu items according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and fry food items (e.g., chicken, fries, seafood, etc.) according to company recipes and cooking standards.
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature, texture, and portion size before serving.
- Monitor and maintain the quality, freshness, and appearance of all fried products.
- Operate and maintain fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Regularly filter, clean, and change cooking oil as needed to ensure food quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in kitchen preparation work and support other team members during peak hours.
- Report any equipment issues, shortages, or safety concerns to the Kitchen Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in frying or kitchen operations is an added advantage (training will be provided).
- Basic understanding of food preparation and safety standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
