**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the smooth execution of in-store retail operations, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, restocking, merchandising, visual displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Experience**
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Assist with product selection, provide styling advice, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Address customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for optimal resolutions.
- Ensure each customer enjoys a positive shopping experience and leaves fully satisfied.
- Monitor store activity and enforce SOPs to minimize incidents of shoplifting, shrinkage, and accidents.

**Sales & Product Knowledge**
- Proactively engage customers to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services, clearly communicating key features, benefits, and current trends.
- Stay updated on inventory levels, new product arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales goals.

**Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation**
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout in line with brand standards.
- Assist with product replenishment, receiving stock, inventory rotation, and ensuring accurate signage.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and visual merchandising team to develop engaging product displays that enhance the store’s appearance.

**Point of Sale (POS) Operations**
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the POS system.
- Handle payments securely, following store protocols for cash and card transactions.
- Support the Supervisor/Manager in preparing daily cash reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in compiling data for reports on sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.

**Store Operations & Inventory Management**
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and visual standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, ensuring proper care of merchandise, fixtures, and furniture.
- Routinely restock essential supplies, including shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other materials.
- Promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to store management.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and inform management of replenishment needs.
- Participate in scheduled stocktakes in alignment with SOPs, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with team members to meet sales objectives and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
- Provide assistance to colleagues during busy periods or when needed.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and company updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
