Providing report of Perbandingan Jadual vs LSK (JN) Dan Status LSK (SWM-JN) data to CRM Info center, ROM, SAM, BA, EO and HOD for further action. - To ensure that all NTCs and KPIs from Sistem Pemantauan & Kawalan Kebersihan (SPKK) have been notified to every operation group for an action and update an action in the system by the dateline. Record all the NTCs and KPIs data into C4i report to give to CRMHQ, HOD, BA and EO. - To ensure all the public complaint recorded in SWM Responz are informed to the operation to take an action. - To monitor the status of SPKK (NTCs & KPIs) of all branches and update into C4i report every week. - Review LSK data on a weekly basis to ensure that the data is true and accurate. - Review and make correction to Perbandingan Jadual vs LSK (JN) Dan Status LSK (SWM-JN) data for the whole month to final report and make sure everything is accurate and share it to CRM Info center, ROM, SAM, BA, EO and HOD. - Prepairing monthly data compilation/ analysis on NTC's/KPI's/public complaints/LSK timely and correctly for Muar(MPM) and Tangkak(MDT) - Involved in Stoke Take at the operations branch. Stoke Take is an audit method to ensure that the quantity and quality of items are sufficient as recorded, placed in the proper place, easy to take, the items are in good condition if used, & To monitor AVLS system for SWM & Contractor of all branches. - To monitor and ensure implementation of SWM Responz work process and procedures are being followed by CRM assistants/Operation Assistants. - To assist HOD to train New/Existing Staff/Operation in handling SWM Responz system, KPI's notification process, SPKK and other related task/function as well provide daily system - To assist HOD to do public engagement whenever necessary. - Assume the responsibility of making a report if there are staff CRM on leave.
