- Monitor and optimize IT performance: Oversee end-to-end performance monitoring to ensure metrics and reliability targets are achieved.
- Design and implement network solutions: Configure and manage network devices aligned with business needs.
- Manage system updates: Implement new release for system components affecting operations.
- Provide technical expertise: Offer technical guidance and support for fault resolution during escalated incidents.
- Ensure service continuity: Backup and restore IT infrastructure components to guarantee crucial services in disaster scenarios.
