**TikTok Shop Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing our TikTok shop, ensuring products are accurately listed, described, and visually appealing.
- Interact with customers through comments and direct messages, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Host live broadcasts on our TikTok channel as needed, delivering entertaining and informative content to our audience.
- Plan and prepare content ideas for TikTok, including short videos, live broadcasts, and promotional content, ensuring each piece is engaging and aligned with our brand values.
- Collaborate with other team members, including content creators, marketers, and moderators, to coordinate live events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including viewer engagement and retention, to optimize future content.
- Uphold our brand image and values during all interactions, maintaining professionalism and authenticity at all times.
- Act as a positive ambassador for our brand, fostering connections with viewers and promoting a welcoming and inclusive community environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with viewers and customers in real-time.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and original content.
- Knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations during live broadcasts.
- Availability to assist with shop management and host live broadcasts during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
