Chief Technician

**Job Title**: Chief Technician (Bowling)**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Mutiara Damansara

We are seeking an experienced **Chief Technician** to lead the technical team and ensure smooth operation of all bowling equipment, including AMF and SOLO systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on bowling pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Supervise, train, and guide technicians in daily technical operations.
- Ensure all equipment and work practices comply with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
- Provide technical support for customer-related scoring or lane issues.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Be available for emergency repairs and technical support when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in AMF and SOLO systems is highly encouraged.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of computerized scoring systems and basic computer maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in bowling equipment maintenance is required.

**Working Hours**:

- Rotational shift (weekly schedule)
- Working time to be informed based on center operations
