Overall monitoring on pressure vessel fabrication process including description listed below: 1.Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Welding Qualification Test (WQT) a) To verified & confirm all weldings process at production floor based on criteria below: Welding process used on Vessel fabrication. Welding parameter verification (Voltage, Ampere, Filler Size, Filler Speed) Welding Position qualification as per WPS. Monitoring of welder v alidity. Notify if welder need the new qualification. Verification on all consumable used as per existing WPS. 2.Inspection To verified & confirmed all inspection process based on criteria below: a) Incoming Material Inspection (Plate, Pipe, Fla nges, Bolt,etc) Verifiy the inspection based on P.O and Supplier Mill Cert to counter check the quantity, size, material composition and others special requirement such as Certified True Copy, 3.1 Material Certificate (based on client requi rement) Transfer of material marking, heat number to Dancomair numbering system. b) In Process Inspection Verify the visual Inspection that cover the appearance of fabricated vessel part such as head, shell, nozzle & flanges condition. Welding quality check and verification (welding is free from defects such as undercut, porosity, arc strike and free from spatter). Welding process confirmation to make sure production used the correct method of welding. Verify the dimensional checking such as shell length, shell OD, flanges size use, nozzle size and etc to make sure all as per AFC drawing As Built Drawing. Pressure vessel orientation checking and verification to make sure all weldment, flanges and nozzle rientation are as per AFC drawing. Weld Map preparation, verification and identification. c) Hydrostatic Testing MyKKP registration and DOSH liaise for HT activities. HT arrangement such as installation of pressure gauge in correct location. Verified the HT pressure used for testing as per AFC drawing. Verified the Tank / Vessel serial number as per Inspection / HT list. Attend the HT inspection together with DOSH and sign off all form that required signature / verification from DOSH officer. Arrangement of pressure vessel to blasting & painting area after HT inspection. As Built drawing confirmation. d) Non Destructive Testing & Destructive Testing To arrange and monitored all NDT activities such as MT, PT, PMI, UTTM and RT. Request RFI to NDT company when item need to check by third party company. Request QC personnel to execute the NDT (In House) when required. RT film interpretation & verification. Witness & veri fy all the mechanical test during the WPS development. e) Blasting & Painting -Monitoring blasting process and make sure used the correct blasting particle as per client specification. -Random check & verification on painting thickness using DFT probe. -Counter check and verifiy the painting coating system as per client specification. f)Out Going InspectionOut Going Inspection -Final visual inspection as per description mentioned on Final Inspection Checklist. 3.DocumentationsDocumentations -Monitoring of preparation and compilation of documents for Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) that contained several report such as:

- Material Verification Report* Material Verification Report
- Material Receiving Inspection Report* Material Receiving Inspection Report
- Fit* Fit-Up Inspection ReportUp Inspection Report
- Visual Inspection Report* Visual Inspection Report
- Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)* Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
- NDT Report included MPI, DPI, UT, RT.* NDT Report included MPI, DPI, UT, RT.
- Painting & Blasting Report* Painting & Blasting Report
- HT Report* HT Report
- WPS, PQR & WQT* WPS, PQR & WQT -Monitoring and verify all Calibration Record of all Measurement / Gauge equipment based on Master Log Record. -All out of calibration (expired) equipment need to scheduled for re calibration (In House / Out Source) 4.Certification To monitor the validity of applicable licences such as Fabrication License from DOSH and ASME U Stamp Licence by ASM E are not expired.
