**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for manual machining of precision mechanical parts to required tolerance.
- Be able to perform fast set-up and use machining accessories to ensure the fabricated parts meet the quality specifications.
- Able to perform shift duties as and when required.
- Be committed to achieving production plans and quality of fabricated products.
- To undertake any other related duties assigned or dedicated by your superior from time to time.
- Comply with the working rules and procedures of the workshop department.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring tools and instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support continual improvement.
- Perform machine routine maintenance and ensure the tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- To liaise with any other department on Quality Issues and take the necessary corrective measures to prevent recurrences.
- To establish machining methods for product to achieve optimization of resources.
- To provide machining records and other performance indexes to your superior whenever required

**Job Requirements**:

- Education:

- Minimum certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering.
- Experience:

- 3-4 years milling experience.
- Machining experience through apprentice scheme in tool or die or related field.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good interpretation of engineering drawing with strong attention to details.
- Experience and skilled machinist with some foundation of CNC milling is and added advantage.
- Proven experience in manual milling operations.
- Ability to follow workflow procedures and instruction from traveler of the ERP System.
